EasySep 1020 Analytical Reversed-Phase Liquid Chromatography System
The EasySep 1020 liquid chromatography system is designed with a modular structure to provide you with flexible and upgradable solutions. In addition to the standard ultraviolet/visible light detector, it also offers other detection technologies to ensure the smooth progress of your analysis.
High-pressure constant-flow pump
- With a floating piston installation design, it ensures that the plunger rod and seal are concentric, significantly extending the lifespan of the plunger rod and seal.
- Small gear-driven short-stroke plunger design reduces injection pulsations.
- Microprocessor-controlled microstep drive circuit makes the stepper motor run smoothly with low noise. Embedded chip control technology allows for simultaneous control of multiple instruments through a single interface.
- Process monitoring and alarm function.
Ultraviolet/visible light detector
- Full digital filtering throughout the process, significantly improving signal-to-noise ratio and anti-interference capabilities while maintaining excellent detection sensitivity and stability.
- Unique cooling air route reduces the impact of hydrogen lamp thermal effects and minimizes baseline drift.
- Equipped with wavelength-time programming function to provide different detection wavelengths, with automatic baseline reset.
- Equipped with static wavelength scanning function to conveniently obtain spectral information of samples.
- Meets GLP requirements by automatically recording instrument accessory replacement information, hydrogen lamp usage time, ignition times, etc.
- Newly designed digital signal direct output mode reduces the baseline noise and drift of the instrument.
Automatic sampling system
- Helps you achieve quick and convenient liquid chromatography analysis, eliminating the time-consuming and tedious manual sampling process. It can work continuously unattended, improving operational efficiency and reducing errors.
Workstation control system
- Integrates instrument unit control, data acquisition, and processing into one, fully compatible with GLP standards.
- Flexible peak identification and processing capabilities: Peaks can be identified and processed by setting peak processing parameters and time programs.
- Strong spectral analysis function: Multiple spectra can be opened on the same page for intuitive comparison of differences between spectra.
- Various quantification calculation methods: Unity method, calibration unity method, internal standard method, external standard method, etc.
