Mobile Phase: A: Methanol-Water-Glacial Acetic Acid-Triethylamine (85:15:0.45:0.05), B: n-Hexane-Isopropanol-Mobile Phase A (20:48:32);
Gradient elution Flow Rate: 1.0 mL/min;
Column Temperature: 40°C Detector: ELSD (F = 2.5 L/min, T = 75°C)
Fat Emulsion Injection

Column: Globalsil, GS-120-5-SIL (4.6 mm ID × 250 mm, 5 μm)
Mobile Phase: n-Hexane-Isopropanol-Glacial Acetic Acid (98.9:1.0:0.1)
Flow Rate: 1.0 mL/min; Column Temperature: 30°C
Detector: ELSD (F = 2.5 L/min, T = 65°C)
