ProntoSIL Amino Column

ProntoSIL Amino is a chromatography packing material bonded with amino propyl groups.

It can be used in three chromatography modes: normal phase, reversed phase, and ion chromatography.

In normal phase mode, it can substitute for silica packing (with different selectivity); in reversed phase mode, it is primarily used for the analysis of carbohydrates; in ion chromatography, its bonded phase acts as a weak anion exchanger for the analysis of anions and organic acids.

Additionally, ProntoSIL Amino exhibits superior performance when applied in Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC).
