This product utilizes a modular design with derivative pumps and reactors, offering flexible configurations. It provides both single-stage and dual-stage post-column derivatization systems to meet the needs of different post-column derivatization experiments. It can also be used with any liquid chromatography system, satisfying post-column derivatization analysis and detection requirements and enhancing the capabilities of existing liquid chromatography systems.
Modular Design, Flexible Configuration:
Single-stage post-column derivatization system configuration: Optional single derivative pump and single reactor, meeting the experimental needs of a one-step post-column derivatization reaction, such as post-column derivatization detection of formaldehyde.
Dual-stage post-column derivatization system configuration: Optional dual derivative pumps and dual reactors, meeting the experimental needs of a two-step post-column derivatization reaction or a one-step hydrolysis and one-step derivatization reaction, such as the detection of carbamate pesticides.
PCD-3000 Pump Derivative Pump:
The derivative pump features an all-inert material (PEEK) flow path design, resistant to strong acid and strong alkaline derivatization environments.
PCD-3000 Reactor:
The accurately temperature-controlled heating reactor allows for setting the reactor temperature according to the derivatization reaction requirements. The reactor temperature control can reach up to 150℃.
The reactor volume can be adjusted according to specific derivatization reaction needs, meeting the requirements of different derivatization experiments.
Safety features: The reactor has an overheat protection function, limiting the reactor temperature to no more than 150℃ to prevent instrument damage.
