UNIEX 7700 ELSD



Capable of detecting any sample with volatility lower than the mobile phase, regardless of the presence of chromophores. ELSD sensitivity is higher than that of Refractive Index (RI) detectors and is insensitive to temperature fluctuations, providing a stable baseline suitable for coupling with gradient elution liquid chromatography. It has been widely applied in the detection of carbohydrates, lipids, fatty acids, amino acids, pharmaceuticals, and polymers, particularly for the determination of active ingredients without UV absorption in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and proprietary Chinese medicines.
